How Accounts Work
Ro Player accounts are provisioned by venue administrators through Cloud Pulse. Individual app users do not self-register; access is granted and managed at the venue account level.
Requesting Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, send an email to:
privacy@cloud-pulse.com
Please include the following in your request:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- The name of the venue or organisation your account is linked to
What Happens After You Request Deletion
We will process your request within 30 days of receipt. Upon completion:
- Your account credentials and login access will be permanently removed
- Personal data associated with your account will be deleted or anonymised from our systems
- Usage logs tied to your account will be removed, except where retention is required by applicable law
You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
Data We May Retain
In some cases we may retain limited data beyond the deletion request, including:
- Records required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations
- Aggregated or anonymised data that cannot be used to identify you
- Information necessary to resolve an open dispute or enforce an agreement
Effect on Venue Access
Deleting your account removes your personal access to Ro Player. It does not affect the venue account, other users at the same venue, or any playlists and schedules configured within the venue.
