Ro Player is a mobile application operated by Cloud Pulse FZ-LLC, a company registered in Dubai Media City, United Arab Emirates. Ro Player is designed for use by venue operators and their staff to manage and control background music in commercial settings.

2. What This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy explains what information Ro Player collects, how it is used, and your rights in relation to that information. It applies to the Ro Player iOS application and any related services operated by Cloud Pulse.
3. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Account and access information:
- Name and email address (provided during account setup by your venue administrator)
- Login credentials (stored securely; passwords are never stored in plain text)
- Assigned venue or zone access permissions
Usage and device information:
- App usage logs, including playback actions and schedule interactions
- Device type, operating system version, and app version
- IP address and approximate location (country or city level) for security and access purposes
We do not collect payment information. All billing is handled at the venue account level, not through the app.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Authenticate your access to assigned venues and zones
- Enable music playback and schedule management features within the app
- Monitor app performance and diagnose technical issues
- Maintain the security and integrity of the platform
- Communicate with you about your account or service updates
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the operation of Ro Player.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- With your venue administrator or the Cloud Pulse account holder for your organisation, to the extent necessary to manage access and resolve issues
- With trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating our infrastructure (such as cloud hosting), under strict data processing agreements
- Where required by applicable law, regulation, or a valid legal request
6. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers hosted within AWS infrastructure. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, or loss.
Ro Player accounts are provisioned by your venue administrator. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact your administrator or reach out to us directly at privacy@cloud-pulse.com.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account remains active, or as required to fulfil the purposes described in this policy. When an account is deactivated, personal data is deleted or anonymised within 90 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data, subject to our legal obligations
- Object to or restrict certain types of processing

9. Children’s Privacy
Ro Player is intended for use by venue staff and operators. It is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify account administrators directly. Continued use of the app after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
