Questions

What venues ask

Can one Zone play Arabic music and another not?

Yes. Every Zone has its own Schedule, so the terrace and the dining room can differ. An Arabic Playlist in the lobby and jazz in the restaurant, or Arabic for the evening and pop for the day.

Can staff put on an Arabic Playlist for one evening?

Yes. Zones can run without a Schedule. Venue staff select the Playlist for each session, and it plays as an Override for that session. Cloud Pulse builds and refreshes the Playlists; the venue chooses which one plays and when.

Is the music checked for local values?

Every playlist is reviewed beyond standard explicit content filtering to ensure it is free from content that may conflict with local cultural values or the client's brand.

Does this apply in Saudi Arabia as well as the UAE?

Yes. Cloud Pulse serves the UAE and Saudi Arabia with the same platform.

Does the music pause for prayer?

Music pauses and resumes at prayer times automatically, with pre-prayer, prayer and post-prayer windows configured to the client's requirements.
