The pauses are part of the Zone's Schedule and run on the player, so they hold through connectivity drops.

The Schedule is managed by Cloud Pulse; staff keep control of the Playlist and the volume from the Sonos app.
Your existing system
Where a venue already has a networked audio player or a sound system with a streaming input, Cloud Pulse integrates with the existing system: a dedicated per-venue stream plays on the existing equipment, with scheduling and prayer-time pauses applied server-side. Confirmed at the site survey.
Every Zone, visible
Every Zone is monitored: live Zone status (playing, paused), player status (online or offline), remote playback control, and complete playback and log history. Head office has full visibility over all its Zones in Pulse View.

What venues ask
Who sets the prayer windows?
You do. The pre-prayer, prayer and post-prayer windows are configured to your requirements.
Does it work on the sound system we already have?
Yes. On an existing system, scheduling and the prayer-time pauses are applied server-side to the per-venue stream, so the equipment does not need to know about them. Confirmed at the site survey.
Does it work in Saudi Arabia as well as the UAE?
Yes. Cloud Pulse serves the UAE and Saudi Arabia with the same platform.
Does staff have to do anything?
No. The pauses and resumes are automatic. Playback starts on power-up without staff involvement. Music is not interrupted by connectivity drops: the player holds a local cache and continues playing until the connection returns.
What about the days around Ramadan and the Eids?
Tell us what the venue needs and the Schedule is set to it. Every Zone has its own Schedule, so the terrace and the dining room can differ.
