What we do
We curate. We schedule. We monitor.
Curated by people
Every Playlist is built from your brief by a Music Curator. One questionnaire per Zone: genres, tempo, mood by time of day, prayer time and the brand.
Reviewed for the region
Every playlist is reviewed beyond standard explicit content filtering to ensure it is free from content that may conflict with local cultural values or the client's brand.
Kept fresh
Every Zone updated as we go, as the venue and the season change.
Since 1978
Choosing music for this region for nearly five decades
Our roots go back to 1978, when the region's first dedicated music shop, Disc Jockey, opened.
For nearly five decades we have selected, sold and programmed music for this region, from the vinyl and cassette eras through CD to streaming. That depth of musical knowledge underpins every playlist we build.
Where it plays
Every kind of venue
Retail
Shop floor, fitting rooms, café corner. Each a Zone with its own Schedule.
Restaurants and cafés
Breakfast to late service, each day part with its own Playlist.
Built for the region
Prayer times, handled. Playing through outages.
Pauses and resumes
Music pauses and resumes at prayer times automatically, with pre-prayer, prayer and post-prayer windows configured to the client's requirements.
Plays through outages
Playback starts on power-up without staff involvement. Music is not interrupted by connectivity drops: the player holds a local cache and continues playing until the connection returns.
Head office sees every venue
Every Zone is monitored: live Zone status, player status, remote playback control, and complete playback and log history. Head office has full visibility over all its Zones in Pulse View.
The player is your choice
Works with any music system; compatibility is determined by the player only. Pulse App, Pulse Web, Pulse Sonos, Pulse Player, or a per-venue stream on your existing equipment, confirmed at the site survey.
The licensing pages on this site describe the UAE framework in force from 1 December 2026. They make no statement about Saudi Arabia.
